• Access to complete nursing college details requires a one-time payment of ₹49.
• Upon successful payment, users will receive access to premium nursing college information for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
• After the expiry of the access period, continued access to premium college information may require a new purchase.

• The information provided through Mahanuring is intended solely for personal educational and career guidance purposes.
• Users are prohibited from copying, sharing, reproducing, redistributing, selling or commercially exploiting any data available on the platform without prior written permission from Mahanuring.

• Since the service provides immediate access to digital content and information, all payments made on Mahanuring are final and non-refundable.
• Refund requests due to change of mind, accidental purchase, dissatisfaction or non-usage of the service will not be accepted.

• Refunds shall only be applicable in cases of failed or unsuccessful transactions, where payment has been deducted but access has not been granted.
• Users may contact Mahanuring support with valid transaction details for verification.
• After successful verification, the deducted amount will either be automatically refunded by the payment gateway or access will be provided manually by Mahanuring.

Mahanuring reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account involved in:

• Unauthorized sharing of paid content.
• Misuse of the platform.
• Fraudulent activities.
• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.

• Mahanuring reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after such modifications shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

• While Mahanuring makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and updated information, certain details may occasionally contain errors, omissions, outdated information or inaccuracies due to incorrect, incomplete, corrupted or delayed data received from data providers or source institutions.
• College information such as fees, seat intake, approval status, contact details, admission process, facilities, courses offered and other details may change without prior notice by the respective institution or authority.
• Some college information or specific data fields may be temporarily unavailable or may not appear due to technical issues, server maintenance, system updates or data synchronization problems.
• Mahanuring does not guarantee that all college information will always be complete, accurate, updated or available at all times.

• Incorrect, incomplete, unavailable or outdated information resulting from third-party data providers, source institutions, technical issues or system limitations shall not be considered a deficiency in service.

• By registering and making payment on Mahanuring, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

• About the Service: MahaNursing provides personalised counselling support to help students choose and secure Nursing college admissions. We are not an exam-conducting authority or a government agency.
• Eligibility: Before enrolling, please ensure you meet the minimum admission requirements of the respective Nursing courses. MahaNursing will not be responsible if you are later found ineligible.
• Scope of Service: Counselling includes, as described on our website, college data, choice filling, phone/WhatsApp support, tips, and personalised guidance until the end of the package period.
• User Details: You must provide accurate personal, academic and contact details. Invalid or false information may lead to loss of service without refund.
• License: Our advice, materials and counselling support are for your personal use only. Reselling, sharing or misusing them is prohibited.

• Current Package Price: For example, ₹499 introductory package price, subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• Payment Methods: Payments are accepted through secure RBI-approved Indian payment gateways including UPI, cards and net-banking.
• Secure Processing: MahaNursing does not store your card details, UPI PIN or other sensitive payment credentials.
• Confirmation: Payment confirmation and invoice/receipt will be sent to your registered WhatsApp number and/or email address, wherever applicable.

• Non-Refundable: Counselling fees are generally non-refundable once the service has started.
• Exceptions: Refund may be considered only if payment is deducted but service is not initiated due to technical error or a duplicate transaction.
• Refund Process: You must email support@mahanursing.in within 48 hours of payment with transaction details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
• Eligibility Disclaimer: If you later discover that you are not eligible for a course, no refund will be due.

• Data We Collect: Name, gender, address, WhatsApp number, email, academic details, category, marks and percentile information.
• Use of Data: Your data is used to create your counselling record, match suitable colleges, deliver personalised counselling and send updates related to the service.
• Security: Your information is stored securely. We never sell or rent personal information to third parties.
• Payment Details: Payment information is handled by secure payment gateways. We do not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN or similar payment credentials.
• User Rights: You may request correction or deletion of your data by emailing support@mahanursing.in.

• Mahanuring provides Previous Year Question Papers (PYQ) for nursing courses such as ANM, GNM, B.Sc Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc Nursing and other nursing programs.
• Access to a specific course package is available for ₹9 only.
• Access remains valid for 30 days from the date of successful payment.
• Example: If a user purchases ANM 1st Year PYQ, they can view all available ANM 1st Year question papers from 2008 up to the latest available year during the validity period.
• Purchased content will automatically appear in the user's account dashboard after successful payment.

• Mahanuring provides Previous Year Question Papers for various nursing competitive examinations.
• Access to a specific examination package is available for ₹49 only.
• Access remains valid for 30 days from the date of successful payment.
• Example: If a user purchases a nursing competitive exam package, they can view all available previous year question papers of that examination from earlier years up to the latest available year during the validity period.
• Purchased content will automatically appear in the user's account dashboard after successful payment.

• Question papers are provided strictly for online viewing purposes only.
• Question papers cannot be downloaded, printed, shared, redistributed or commercially used.
• Content can only be viewed through mobile browsers or desktop browsers such as Chrome and other supported browsers.
• There is no need to download files or PDFs to access the content.
• Since files are not downloaded, your mobile storage or device memory will not be occupied.
• Mahanuring may implement technical measures to prevent unauthorized downloading, copying or sharing of content.

• All purchased content is intended solely for personal educational use.
• Sharing account credentials or purchased content with others is strictly prohibited.
• Reselling, reproducing, distributing or publishing content without written permission from Mahanuring is prohibited.

• Nursing Course PYQ Access: ₹9 for 30 days.
• Nursing Exam Question Papers Access: ₹49 for 30 days.
• Mahanuring aims to provide nursing educational content at one of the most affordable prices available for students across India.

• Since digital educational content becomes accessible immediately after purchase, all payments made on Mahanuring are final and non-refundable.
• Refund requests due to accidental purchase, change of mind, dissatisfaction or non-usage of the servicewill not be accepted.

• Refunds are applicable only in verified cases where payment has been deducted but access has not been granted.

• Users acknowledge and agree that the absence or temporary unavailability of certain question papers or content shall not be considered a deficiency in service.
• No refund, compensation, dispute or complaint shall be entertained solely on the basis that certain question papers, years or content are unavailable or temporarily inaccessible.
