Please read these policies carefully before purchasing any paid counselling support from MahaNursing. By continuing with payment or registration, you agree to these policies.

📘 1. Terms & Conditions

  • About the Service: MahaNursing provides personalised counselling support to help students choose and secure Nursing college admissions. We are not an exam-conducting authority or a government agency.
  • Eligibility: Before enrolling, please ensure you meet the minimum admission requirements of the respective Nursing courses. MahaNursing will not be responsible if you are later found ineligible.
  • Scope of Service: Counselling includes, as described on our website, college data, choice filling, phone/WhatsApp support, tips, and personalised guidance until the end of the package period.
  • User Details: You must provide accurate personal, academic and contact details. Invalid or false information may lead to loss of service without refund.
  • License: Our advice, materials and counselling support are for your personal use only. Reselling, sharing or misusing them is prohibited.

💳 2. Payment Policy

  • Current Package Price: For example, ₹499 introductory package price, subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  • Payment Methods: Payments are accepted through secure RBI-approved Indian payment gateways including UPI, cards and net-banking.
  • Secure Processing: MahaNursing does not store your card details, UPI PIN or other sensitive payment credentials.
  • Confirmation: Payment confirmation and invoice/receipt will be sent to your registered WhatsApp number and/or email address, wherever applicable.

💰 3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Non-Refundable: Counselling fees are generally non-refundable once the service has started.
  • Exceptions: Refund may be considered only if payment is deducted but service is not initiated due to technical error or a duplicate transaction.
  • Refund Process: You must email support@mahanursing.in within 48 hours of payment with transaction details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
  • Eligibility Disclaimer: If you later discover that you are not eligible for a course, no refund will be due.

🔐 4. Privacy Policy

  • Data We Collect: Name, gender, address, WhatsApp number, email, academic details, category, marks and percentile information.
  • Use of Data: Your data is used to create your counselling record, match suitable colleges, deliver personalised counselling and send updates related to the service.
  • Security: Your information is stored securely. We never sell or rent personal information to third parties.
  • Payment Details: Payment information is handled by secure payment gateways. We do not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN or similar payment credentials.
  • User Rights: You may request correction or deletion of your data by emailing support@mahanursing.in.

MahaNursing provides guidance and information only. Final admission decisions are made solely by the respective institutions. We do not guarantee admission or placement. While we strive to provide accurate and updated information, students must verify all official notifications, eligibility rules, deadlines and college requirements independently.
